Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier).
- After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery, and the order will be marked as RTO. Refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

2. Returns & Replacement
We offer returns or replacements only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
- Missing items in the package

Eligibility:
- Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos/videos as proof.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

3. Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error.
